This beautiful home at Dillon Beach sits in a perfect location, right across the street from the sand dunes and the Pacific Ocean, just steps away from the public beach access. The view from the living room, dining area and kitchen is spectacular, rolling dunes, blue water, Bodega Bay. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen has new, modern appliances, dining area with amazing views of beautiful sunsets and an occasional whale! Living room is perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by and a propane fireplace for cozy evenings. The bedrooms have queen size beds and lots of closet space. House has cable TV. Spacious, private, back yard has a large wooden deck, a new propane BBQ and a picnic table with landscaped walkways. Small and medium size dogs OK. The yard is fenced. You must clean up after your pet. There is a $20 pet fee. There are permanent residents next door. Be mindful of excess noise after 10PM.
