There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Formal living room has propane stove, flat screen TV/DVD, dining room that seats 8 is off kitchen with beautiful view of the beach below. Completely stocked gourmet kitchen and deck off dining area has propane BBQ. There is a laundry room for renters' use and linens and towels are included. Off the master bedroom there is a large sunroom with beautiful ocean and pasture views. One more special attraction is the garage that has been turned into a large game room with air hockey, foosball and darts and an attached bedroom with queen bed. Total beds are 2 queens, bunk with queen bottom, twin top and sofa makes into a queen. Pets are welcome, there is a $20 fee per pet. Off-street parking for 5 cars.
