Large 2 bedroom, 1 bath home in the village. Great views from the spacious living area with a full length balcony, ideal for sunsets.

The kitchen and dining area also have lots of elbow room. There is a sleeper sofa and built in "L" shaped sofa in the living area, wood burning stove and cable TV. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a full size bed. There are large closets in the entry hall and both bedrooms.

Two car garage provides off street parking. The house is very warm and quiet, radiant heating in all rooms. At the end of the street that runs in front of the house is a private beach path, just two short blocks away. There is also a private, sheltered patio in back.
